Enrolment Application

Enrolment is open to children aged 3 to 12 years old.  The school caters to students from Preschool to Year 6.

To register, please:

Complete and sign the application for enrolment

*2011Student Enrolment Contract (current enrolment form – PDF document; download and print)
* Attach the two most recent school reports
* Attach a photo of your child’s passport
* Include 2 passport photos of your child
* Include the registration fee of S$2,140 (including GST) payable to Avondale Grammar School Pte Ltd

The following documents need to be provided prior to your child starting school:

* Photocopy of your child’s birth certificate
* Photocopy of dependent pass/student pass/PR card
* Photocopy of parent’s/guardian’s identity card(s) and passport(s)
* Photocopy of your child’s immunisation / medical record
