Registration Fee

A one-off registration fee (non-refundable) of S$2140 (including GST) is due with your application for enrolment.
 

Tuition and Development Fees

The School year has four terms. Tuition fees are payable in advance of each term and will be invoiced accordingly. Fees per term, including GST are:

Preschool 2011

  • S$5958.56 – 5 day, per term
  • S$5362.84 – 4 day, per term
  • S$3575.30 – 3 day, per term
  • S$2383.53 – 2 day, per term
  • Infrastructure fund $1712 per annum (first year only – $535 in each subsequent year)
  • Parents Association Fee $53.50 per annum

Primary 2011 (K – YR 6)

  • S$5958.56 per term

  • Infrastructure fund $1712 per annum (first year only – $535 in each subsequent year)

  • Parents Association Fee $53.50 per annum

Course Excursion Fee

 

Pre-School – Year 6

All course excursion fees will be billed as and when they occur

 

Withdrawal of a Student

Notice of a student leaving Avondale Grammar School must be provided in writing to the school or emailed enrolments@avondalegs.com.sg by the withdrawal deadlines.

Withdrawal Notice Deadlines

The Council for Private Education (CPE) has recently introduced major changes to the charging and collection of tuiton fees and in response Avondale Grammar School Council has decided to stay with two-monthly billing (in advance).  This means that although a term’s notice for student withdrawal is no longer obligatory, to assist the staff and teachers with class and wait list planning parents are encouraged to give one term or as much notice as possible.

Payment of Tuition Fees

  1. Tuition Fees are quoted per term (4 terms in a course, January to December)
  2. Fees will be pro-rated for students who enroll mid-term
  3. Fees do not include textbooks, school bus, uniform, meals or Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs), excursions or camps
  • Fees for 2011 are to be paid in accordance with the new monthly payment plan as set out on the Student Application Form
  • GIRO is compulsory for payment of fees for all families attending Avondale Grammar School
  • Fees from 24 January – 16 December 2011 will be based on 11 instalments
  • A late payment fee of SGD $107 (inclusive of 7% GST) per bill will apply upon late payment of school fees
  • Fees are subject to change in 2011 without prior notice

The School reserves the right to suspend or withdraw Students, and to withhold the release of school reports, recommendation letters and other documents in the event of non payment of fees.
Parents are invited to contact the School in the event of late payment or requesting alternative payment arrangements.
