Active Kids – Home made is healthier

Many snack foods targeting children and lunchboxes are loaded with unnecessary fats, salt & sugar. Processed snacks often contain flavourings and colourings that affect some children’s behaviour.

Making your own snacks means you control the ingredients and it’s an opportunity to involve the kids.
